He has been involved with the research and development of KinergyPower for the last 8 years. In addition, Mr. Horianopoulos is the CEO of KinergyPower which he founded in 2004. He is involved with Kimatiki Energia, a Greek Wave Energy Company. He frequently lectures in Canada and has been a guest speaker on alternative energy sources. In addition, Mr. Horianopoulos and KinergyPower were featured in a Canadian Broadcasting Company documentary on alternative energy sources.
Dimitri Horianopoulos – President/Director of Research and Development of KinergyPower International, KinergyPower Carpets. KinerBump, KinerRail and KinerPad. In addition, Mr. Horianopoulos is responsible for Greek Island installations for Kimatiki Energia, a Greek wave energy company.

Marv Jones – VP Global Business Development
Mr. Jones is a Senior Business Development and Sales Professional with 32 years of experience across a wide range of business sectors, including alternative energy, lending and construction. He has successfully built and managed organizations from start up to maturity. As a key member of Kinergy’s executive team he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction. He is currently focused on the following objectives:

• Provide management and leadership for Kinergy start-up initiatives

Joanne Kirkpatrick – Marketing Director brings over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience to KinergyPower in her role as a marketing consultant, Ms. Kirkpatrick has worked in both the non-profit and corporate arenas. Her specialties include strategic planning, branding and corporate communications. Ms. Kirkpatrick was a partner and Associate Media Director at the Chicago advertising agency of Tatham Laird and Kudner where she worked on a variety of packaged goods products and new product introductions for major corporations.
Marcus Lemon Esq. P3/Infrastructure expert & Chairman at Polsinelli. Drawing on more than 18 years of public and private sector experience in project finance, his previous role as the Presidentially-appointed(Past President George Bush) Chief Counsel to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and as the lead advisor to the FHWA Administrator and Secretary of Transportation on Public-Private Partnerships (P3s), Marc brings powerful and unique insights to the deal table as he helps clients strategically navigate transportation and infrastructure P3s. Based in both New York and Washington, his experience includes representation of project developers, bid teams, project sponsors, equity investors, lenders, contractors, transportation companies, subcontractors, advisors, private and public highway and bridge authorities, railroads, ports, state DOTs, transit authorities, energy developers, and telecommunications companies. His deal credentials include extensive experience on transportation mega-projects involving highways, bridges, railroads, transit systems, and ports. Edward Scribner CPA has an extensive career dealing in International business with stints as the head of International Finance for Ionics which was sold to G.E., Owner of an accounting firm, Edward Scribner, CPA, had both International and Domestic clients which included, foreign owned start-ups and Fortune 500 International Companies. He is now part owner of Trento, concentrating on opening up international operations in foreign locations through his extensive network of international connections. He is currently a board member of the Asian American Civic Association located in Boston (Audit Committee member) that specializes in helping immigrants, through a mission to Educate, Empower and Employ. He is also a member of Education matters, Inc. a Cambridge non-profit that specializes in studying teachers and High Schools across America to improve the quality of Education. He is the former Chairman and Board Member of Barakat, Inc., a Cambridge based non-profit that specializes in providing primary Education and Health for children especially young girls in Afghanistan and Pakistan. He is a former Board member and Executive Committee member of the first Asian Bank in Boston called Asian American Bank and Trust.
